Hey Y’all
The Artist behind many theme songs of the anime Shimokawa Mikuni is comng to Singapore!
For the first time here in Singapore, Mikuni will be accompanied by her Band for the
One big highlight of this concert has definitely got to be the Band Accompaniment.
I love live concerts but rather than just a normal minus 1 karaoke version, this time we’ve got the whole band to rock it out live.
I can’t wait to Rock out with Shimokawa Mikuni next weekend 22nd August!

I’m officially a avid fan of this wonderful blogshop.

The Maxi Dress is one of my staples this summer. i’m crazy about maxi-dresses.
They’re so easy to match and wear.

Hope you all had a great weekend and a fantastic start to August!
Drink lotsa water to hydrate yourselves this Summer.
So~ i had a fantasic weekend with Sundown Festival happening and all.
But in other news, my birthday was a couple of days ago 2nd August and i’m 20 years old now!
I was really dreading it but i’m thankful for everything i’ve been given and i look forward to the 20′s!
Here’s what i did during the Sundown weekend!
Early morning Press Conference. I was translating for SUG and LMC so i didnt had the chance to take pictures when that happened BUT since i’m not translating for the korean groups here’s:
Here’s After School from my view. i was standing right beside them so the only
picture i can get is from the side. these girls are crazy tall and skinny! They are smoking HOT!
F.Cuz. the boys had really nice complexion… i’m jealous. Was talking to their manager and found out that they are a really new band. good luck to them!

.After the Press conference was the one on one interview and i was assigned to SUG.
I’ll be the first to say, they are super cute~ there you have it.
Masato isnt it the shot, the one in the blue jacket is actually their manager. Masato is taking a video of them (you can see his hand peeking through)
We’re all around the same age so it was really easy and relaxing talking to them. Plus they’re really funny and nice, just made conversing with so much easier.

Just when we’re bout to leave for the Fan Meeting over at IMM. Check out the horde of fan girls and boys! No wonder the groups needed security.
From the LMC bus. I couldnt resist another picture of the amazing fans. I went with LMC since they were the first group to appear at the fan meeting.

I’m soo amazed by the love for LMC. especially when the fans started singing the birthday song for Maya. Fans FTW!
Takeru sure has the most fans. all i heard from the stage was “Takeru Takeru!!”

After that i took the Van back with SUG for dinner then they had rehearsals after that. Had some really funny conversations on the way back.

Me: I really like Frozen Yogurt.
Takeru: oh which flavor?
Me: Orignal
Takeru: Original??
Me: yea Original.
Takeru: aaah~ you mean Plain
Me: … (crap i forgot that its called “plain” in Japan)
SUG: *laughs non-stop*
Yuji: Do you know that when you add Dried Mango as a topping in your Frozen Yogurt it’ll taste exactly the same like a fresh Mango??? (he said it with alot of excitement)
SUG + Me: really?
Yuji: yeah! go try it! i promise!
Me: ok i will. if it doesnt taste like what you say, i’m gonna get you.
Yuji: Yeah trust me. i promise!
Me: what about Kiwi and other fruits?
Yuji: Nope, only mango.
SUG: ooohh *amazed*

should have done this post ages ago, but i’ve been busy as hell since.
But the long weekend and the world cup’s all over so i’ve got time to do a few blog post.
Moe Moe Kyun had its Mobile Cafe last weekend at the Shine Cosmo Festival.
But it rained the whole weekend so on the day of the event itself, we went to the actual cafe itself for Moe Moe Kyun.

But we still had alot of fun meeting all our Goshujinsama and Ojousama.
Seeing all the MMK girls again was icing on the cake. Reminded me how much fun we had in AFA 09.

Product Review
Recently, i’ve started using products from this skincare line “B.LIV”.
I was super excited when i recieved the package from them.
Its my first time using their products and i’m always pump to try out new skincare products.
I’ve been suffering from terrible acne outbreaks lately,
probably because of the weather and the old hormones going crazy.
So i got 4 products that were specifically for blemish/acne prone skin.

Size: 15ml
Main function: blemish & Spot therapy + Oil Control
Description: Spots Got Shot diminishes blemishes from your face, and soothes your aggravated skin to ensure marks leave without a trace. It soaks up excess sebum, to prevent future problems, and removes dead skin cells, to leave you looking vibrant and well.
Review: When i recieved the products, i took a liking to the fact that it dispenses through a nozzle tip and that’s a germ free way to use the product without having my fingers dig around the product.
The product didn’t cause any skin irrations and felt very light on my skin. which is something
very important to all girls to use products that are light and easy on the skin.
It has a slight rubbery medicated scent to it which i’m not complaining about since its a blemich spot serum.
The product works very well when the acne/pimple isn’t big and scary. It works well
when its a clogged pore or a small acne. It cleared up the acne, and after 2days the redness was gone.

Main function: Cleansing + exfoliating + blemish preventing
Description: No Spots, Bye Dots deep-cleanses blemish-prone skin, by exfoliating unhealthy dead cell layers and revealing the pristine ones within. It helps flush out bacteria and lays down a protective layer, so that blemishes steer clear of your face forever.
Review: The product get dispensed with a pump and with this product one pump is sufficient for the whole face. Once again, i want to stress on using a light product. This product is in clear gel form which means its light on the skin. It has a slight peach smell to it and i love it!
A gel cleanser is the best for preventing and assisting in curing exsisting acnes.
I’ve been using this for a month plus now and i’m loving it. It helped with my exsiting irrating acnes clear up which is hard to come by for a cleanser and i’m not breaking out as much as before. It isn’t drying on my skin which is a big plus!

Only downside is the price, 32USD is pretty pricey but it can be pretty long-lasting.

Main Function: blemish therapy + oil control + soothing
Description: Kick Spots Out clarifies blemish-prone skin, and eliminates irritation-causing factors to prevent future complications. It controls your oil-production to prevent shiny skin, and provides ample moisturization from within.
Review: Its a drape over mask, so its very easy to use.
Its big enough to cover any face shape i believe. The smell is a little medicated and i like that for acne masks.
The serum was definitely enough to massage in the face before or after draping over my face.
This mask is incredible on my skin, i had a really inflammed acne and a few small acnes on my face and after just 1 use, it swelled down alot and the small ones healed up. It feels very
refreshing after i washed my face after using the mask.
I’m swearing by this mask now whenever i get a breakout, loving it.

I really do love this mask. but again, the price is steep for masks. but i still buy because it works for me.

Main Functions: moisture replenishing & retaining + cell revitalizing

Review: This is also pump dispensing product. The smell is light but not sweet, which can be nice depending on personal preference. i like my moisturizer smelling light and slightly sweet.
One thing that i really take in mind with moisturizers is how they feel on my skin once applied.
I love it when its light and not sticky and it feels like i’m not wearing anything.
Which is especially important in the mornings when i need to put my makeup on, and i dont want to feel like i already having layers on my skin even before makeup.
This product fits my bill perfectly! Its super light and not sticky, goes into your skin almost immediately and i don’t feel like i have moisturizer on.
But other than the fact that its super light and fresh on my skin, it works average as a moisturizer. does the basic work but doesn’t go the extra mile.

Products: I really enjoyed the clean and light aspect of all products, which works really well on my skin. i realized my acnes clears up faster and didnt have the burden of living with shitty acnes.
However, the only downside i can think of is the price range. they can be pretty pricey for some but on the other hand B.Liv ships worldwide for free. so no matter where you are, you dont have to pay exorbitant prices for shipping.
B.Liv believes in going green as well, which is something i definitely support. No testing on animals and to top that off i received a B.Liv recycle bag along with the products.
You can choose to take a recycle bag instead of the regular plastic packaging~ save the earth.
